Qualifying, in plain words

Promotional rates come with eligibility rules. The concierge checks these with you in chat before you ever reach checkout — no forms, no surprises at the desk.

  • A minimum age — 21+ or 25+ depending on the deal.
  • A household income of at least $40,000–$50,000, depending on the deal.
  • Couples attend the presentation together.
  • Open-dated deals are limited to one per household.
  • Some deals require a valid credit card and are available in the US only.
  • Current timeshare owners aren’t eligible for owner-restricted deals.

Booking your dates

Fixed-date deals are tied to an event: the travel date is set, and sales close on a stated deadline. When they’re gone, they’re gone.

Open-dated deals are redeemable anytime inside their validity window (typically 18 months). Book at least 30 days ahead, and plan around blackout periods — the winter holidays (roughly December 20 – January 2) are blacked out on current deals. The concierge can check a specific week for you.

Need to move your trip? You can reschedule up to 7 days before travel at no charge, subject to availability inside your validity window.

About the presentation

Every getaway includes a 90-minute resort presentation, and attending is required to receive the promotional rate — it’s how these prices are funded. It’s a timeshare promotion: you’ll tour the property, hear the pitch, and the rest of your trip is yours. If your deal has a couples-together rule, both adults attend the same session.

The fine print

  1. Promotional rates require attendance at the 90-minute presentation.
  2. Eligibility rules (age, income, couples-together, region) vary by deal and are stated on each offer.
  3. Open-dated deals: one per household, book 30+ days ahead, blackout dates apply.
  4. Fixed-date deals: sales close on the stated deadline; travel dates cannot be moved.
  5. Reschedule an open-dated trip up to 7 days before travel at no charge.
  6. Unredeemed open-dated getaways are refundable within 30 days of purchase.
  7. Extras (tickets, dining or resort credit) have no cash value and can’t be exchanged.
