Yes. The price on the offer is what you pay — there's no resort fee added at booking. These aren't free vacations: every getaway has a set price and includes a required presentation.
Tickets, dining credit, and resort credit bundled into the deal. Extras have no cash value and can't be exchanged, but they're yours to use on the trip.
It varies by deal: a minimum age (21+ or 25+), a household income floor ($40,000–$50,000), couples attending together, and some deals are US-only or require a valid credit card. The concierge checks these with you in chat before you book.
Owner-restricted deals (like the game weekend) aren't available to current owners. Ask the concierge which deals you're eligible for.
Open-dated deals are one per household. A friend can buy their own — send them the deals page.
Fixed-date deals are tied to a travel date and a sale deadline. Open-dated deals can be redeemed anytime within their validity window — typically 18 months — booked at least 30 days ahead.
Current open-dated deals black out the winter holidays, roughly December 20 through January 2. Ask the concierge to check a specific week.
Open-dated trips can be rescheduled up to 7 days before travel at no charge, subject to availability. Unredeemed open-dated getaways are refundable within 30 days of purchase. Fixed-date travel can't be moved.
Yes — every getaway includes a 90-minute presentation, and attending is required to receive the promotional rate. It's a timeshare promotion.
On deals with a couples-together rule, both adults attend the same session. It's an eligibility condition of the promotional rate.
